Preacher boards
In the Grote Kerk there are three boards, on which all preachers are mentioned who where connected to the Hervormde gemeente Marken and from 2011 to the Protestantse gemeente Marken.

Old safe from Grote Kerk
For many years there was a safe under the staircase to the 'kraak' (balcony). The church council did not know what to do with it and it was always in the way for the cleaners of the church. So the church council decided to look for someone who wanted to take over this safe.
This person was found in The Hague / Scheveningen: Mr. Groen.
When Mr. Groen came to pick up the safe, he was getting more enthousiastic than he already was and he saw the potential.
After refurbishing the safe, he shared some photo's of BEFORE and AFTER (see below).
